Q. Why spend money on training during these financially difficult times?
A. In order to keep your existing customers and gain new customers you must continue to deliver great products and services, by continuing to educate your employees and building on their skills. The likelihood is that your competitors are cutting back on training. By not cutting back you get ahead!
